These clients had worked with Sergio before. When they had another list of improvements around the home, they called him again. The work brought together TV mounting, kitchen pendant lights, picture hanging, curtains, a wall mirror, a clock and table assembly—several individual tasks that helped the rooms feel more complete.

For a returning client, having a familiar person to contact makes the next home project easier to begin. This collection shows the range of work Sergio completed across the living area, kitchen and adjoining spaces, with four views of the installations.

TV mounting and curtains in the living room

The television is mounted against a gray feature wall with diagonal detailing, above a white shelf and the fireplace. The large screen forms the center of the living area. Around it, gray curtain panels hang from gold-toned rods at the tall windows, bringing the window treatments into the same room arrangement.

Sergio handled both the television and the curtains. This is a useful example of combining mounting and home setup tasks: the main furniture, screen, windows and surrounding wall space can be considered together when discussing the client’s list.

Kitchen pendant lights above the peninsula

In the kitchen, Sergio installed the two glass globe pendant lights. The suspended fixtures sit over the peninsula, with their rounded shades contrasting with the straight lines of the white cabinetry. Their slim dark cords and metallic fittings keep the fixtures visually light within the open kitchen.

Hanging the large geometric picture

The artwork has a strong pattern of triangles in dark gray, black, white and gold. Sergio hung it on the wall above the white cabinet beside the staircase. Its colors connect visually with the nearby metallic accents and the gray tones elsewhere in the home.

Large picture hanging is about the relationship between the artwork and the space around it. In this view, the picture gives the broad wall above the cabinet a clear focal point while leaving the nearby stairway and adjoining area open.

Mirror, wall clock, curtains and table assembly

The final photograph brings several more items from the task list into one view. Sergio hung the rectangular mirror and the round wall clock, and installed the curtains at the window between them. He also assembled a small table as part of the work for these clients.

The mirror reflects the adjoining room, the clock adds a practical detail, and the curtain fabric repeats the treatment seen near the television. These separate installations help connect the spaces without each room needing a completely different approach.

A familiar handyman for the next task list

The returning relationship is an important part of this project. These were clients who already knew Sergio’s work and chose to book him again. Their latest list covered both practical installations and decorative finishing touches, showing how varied a home setup request can be.
