When you request an estimate, we collect the contact information, property location, service selection and project details you provide. We also record the page and campaign parameters associated with the form submission.

How we use your information

We use this information to review your inquiry, contact you, plan an assessment and keep a record of the request. The appropriate service company may receive relevant details to evaluate the work. The company responsible for a proposed project is identified before an agreement is made.

Project records

Requests are stored in a restricted project inquiry system. Do not include payment information, identity documents, access codes or other sensitive information in the form. You can attach project photos to your request. Photos are stored privately with the inquiry, can be viewed by the site owner, and are included in inquiry emails when email delivery is connected. Inquiry summaries are also delivered to the owner’s configured Telegram chat. Avoid including private documents, access codes or security details.

Customer reviews

When you submit a review, we store your display name, email, service, staff selection, rating, review text and publication consent. Only your display name, rating, service, staff selection, submission date, review text and any separate owner response become public after moderation. Your email remains private and is used to check the visit or follow up about your feedback. We use a daily pseudonymous network identifier to limit spam. Reviews are checked for authenticity, spam and private information; critical feedback is welcome. Contact us below to request a correction or removal.

Contact button metrics

We record Call and Text button clicks, the service page, timestamp and campaign parameters to understand which pages generate inquiries. These counts do not tell us whether a call connected or a message was sent. We do not record call audio or message contents.

Optional analytics

With your permission, Google Analytics and Google Ads measure visits and successful inquiry submissions for this service. Your name, phone, email, project text and photos are never sent as analytics event parameters. You can change your choice using Analytics privacy in the page footer.
