Privacy notice
When you request an estimate, we collect the contact information, property location, service selection and project details you provide. We also record the page and campaign parameters associated with the form submission.
How we use your information
We use this information to review your inquiry, contact you, plan an assessment and keep a record of the request. The appropriate service company may receive relevant details to evaluate the work. The company responsible for a proposed project is identified before an agreement is made.
Project records
Requests are stored in a restricted project inquiry system. Do not include payment information, identity documents, access codes or other sensitive information in the form. You can attach project photos to your request. Photos are stored privately with the inquiry, can be viewed by the site owner, and are included in inquiry emails when email delivery is connected. Inquiry summaries are also delivered to the owner’s configured Telegram chat. Avoid including private documents, access codes or security details.
Form security
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect inquiry forms from automated abuse. Cloudflare processes technical browser and network information for this verification under its Turnstile Privacy Addendum. We store a pseudonymous network identifier, verification timing and spam-review signals with the inquiry. Suspected spam is held privately for owner review rather than deleted. Test and spam requests are excluded from lead conversion reporting.
Customer reviews
When you submit a review, we store your display name, email, service, staff selection, rating, review text and publication consent. Only your display name, rating, service, staff selection, submission date, review text and any separate owner response become public after moderation. Your email remains private and is used to check the visit or follow up about your feedback. We use a daily pseudonymous network identifier to limit spam. Reviews are checked for authenticity, spam and private information; critical feedback is welcome. Contact us below to request a correction or removal.
Contact button metrics
We record Call and Text button clicks, the service page, timestamp and campaign parameters to understand which pages generate inquiries. These counts do not tell us whether a call connected or a message was sent. We do not record call audio or message contents.
Optional analytics
On chainconstructions.com, Google analytics and advertising storage are enabled by default for US visitors, unless you opt out or your browser sends Global Privacy Control. Elsewhere, storage is disabled unless you allow analytics. Ad user data and ad personalization consent remain denied. Choosing OK acknowledges the notice without granting additional consent. Use Privacy choices or Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information to opt out; we remember your choice. Successful requests and phone-link taps can send limited cookieless measurement signals when storage is denied. An eligible Google Ads visitor may see a Google forwarding number that routes to our usual business number and measures call duration. Your name, phone, email, project text and photos are never sent as analytics event parameters. The separate Handyman request form honors an opt-out carried from this site and offers its own privacy control.
