What should I send before a visit?
Send your address, the symptoms and when they started, plus a photo of the equipment model label if it is accessible. Include any thermostat error code and let us know whether the unit is at home or on a commercial rooftop. Do not open electrical compartments.
Will I receive an estimate before the repair?
Yes. We confirm the diagnostic visit charge before scheduling. After testing the system, we explain the fault and provide a written estimate covering the proposed repair, parts and labor. Repair work begins only after you approve the estimate.
What areas do you serve?
We start in Westwood and the surrounding 10-mile radius. Our second service zone covers Los Angeles County, Orange County and the coast to Oxnard.
