Can you work from my existing plans?
Yes. Send the current files, property address and a description of the proposed changes. We review what can be reused and identify any measurements or additional drawings needed for the new scope.
What drawings will I receive?
The proposal lists the deliverables for your project, such as floor plans, elevations, sections and relevant details, together with review stages and file formats. We agree that list before design work begins.
What areas do you serve?
We start in Westwood and the surrounding 10-mile radius. Our second service zone covers Los Angeles County, Orange County and the coast to Oxnard.
