Do I need completed drawings to get started?
No. You can contact us with a site and an early idea. Share the address, approximate size and any drawings you have; we identify the planning, design and construction steps needed next.
What is included in the construction estimate?
The proposal identifies site preparation, the building work, trade scopes and finishes, along with allowances and exclusions. Design, engineering and other separately supplied work are clearly identified so you can review the full budget before committing.
What areas do you serve?
We start in Westwood and the surrounding 10-mile radius. Our second service zone covers Los Angeles County, Orange County and the coast to Oxnard. For larger projects, we travel from San Francisco to San Diego, including Palm Springs. We agree the scope, travel and schedule before the visit. View our service area map ↗
